Hello Everyone

I am about to start retrofitting my stratasys uprint with a octopus controller. For the extruder motor which is a brushed DC motor with encoder i want to use a geckodrive G320X. This drive needs a step and Dir input.  If i where to use the 5160 steppers for XYZ is it then still possible to use step/dir mode for my geckodrive?
