ABL Nozzle Probe piece with the wiring attached?

After changing my nozzle I had a lot of melted filament stuck in my print head assembly (Hot end). I tried to clean this out and I broke the attached wiring for the ABL Nozzle Probe. Can I buy a new ABL Nozzle Probe piece with the wiring attached? Is it possible to repair this piece. I tried glue and tape?
