After installing new E3EZ board, all axis movement is 2x too large.

Hi all, I just installed a new Manta E3EZ in my Ender 3 Pro.  Everything seems to be fine EXCEPT all axis movement is 2X too large (when commanded to move 10mm, the axis moves 20mm).   I'm using the Klipper config from the BT site.   Relevant config enclosed (ignore the parts of the file that specify bed mesh - it was created before I discovered the movement issue)

I've submitted a ticket to BT but haven't received a response.

Anyone else seen this?
