I have several items purchased on the official BIQU website, unfortunately they will not be useful in my printer improvement project, I would like to return them and I am ready to pay for shipping to China. I will also add that these items have not been horribly used or even opened. I have also read your company's returns policy. I contacted the support by e-mail about this, but unfortunately I only got one reply to the e-mail. when I tried to find out what steps I had to take - no one wrote back. why is it so hard to get information on this.

please, help me.
