How do you replace gears in H2

I want to replace the Filament Gears in my H2 witht he newer Nano-Coated ones that look like they are a bit sharper and might not clog as easily

BUT

I can't figure out how to get the PIN out of the Handle that has the Filament gear.

At least on mine, the pin sits FLUSH with the top of the Handle so there is nothing to grip to put it out.

I tried glueing a small bolt to it to pull out with no success.

Anyone replaced the Gears with the Nano-Coated ones and how did you get the pin out?
