BTT Pad-7 unable to print

I have PAD-7 and I am able to upload a gcode file to print and it gives me the following error:  Unable open file,  I have tried setting the virtual sdcard to the path that it says in the error in mainsail.cfg however I am still getting an error.  I have also have tried different gcode files with no luck.

in mainsail.cfg is correct:

[virtual_sdcard]
path: ~/printer_data/gcodes

in your gcode name is not ä ü ö ?
what  say klipper log?
