skr2 bl touch issue with stock ender 5 plus

i got the skr-2 board a while back and I'm not sure how to fix this . my bl touch will not work on my stock ender 5 plus when I swapped boards. it power cycles fine when i power on the printer but no matter what I do I cannot get the probe to trigger. and after switching my wires a few times i cannot even test the probe correctly now. any help would be appreciated. and i added my configuration.h files below
