Octopus Pro 1.1 failed?

I had an issue with one of my cooling fans on my Ender 3 Pro with an IDEX kit; the wires broke and I think it fried the PD13 pinout. I managed to change the fan assignment to PD15 and all was working with the revised Marlin code (attached configuration.h and configuration_adv.h).

Turning on the printer today, I have power and status lights on the board, the BL touch operates OK on boot, but there is nothing from any axis motor when selecting manual movement from the display. Fans and hotens/bed all operating. I've checked the fuses on the board and all OK, and checked the voltage from the power supply- no issues there...

I'm stumped (as a sort- of noob to Marlin and the board). Can anyone help please and diagnose what is wrong?
