"Printer not connected" using USB

Hello,

I have tried to use CURA as my slicer program.  When I try to "monitor" the printer, it says that I need to connect the printer.  I looked in the "marketplace" option in CURA to see if the USB connection was enabled.  It had a check by it, so I don't know what else I can do.

Does anyone know what the problem is and how to solve?  I have a BIQU BX printer.

Is there a better slicer program that works well with this printer?

Does BIQU have its own slicer program that works with this printer?

Thanks in advance for any help!
