Problems with SKR PICO compiling

hello guys i have a problem , i'm setting up a skr pico on a custom printer based on cr10 , i made almost all working , but i have this problem with the heater ..i have set this . i have the problem that the heater is always up as seen in photo on the led . even if set on 0% , so i have to manually wire it off for not overheating.
