Cooling fans don't work

Hey, I ordered my printer off Amazon and installed everything correctly. The whole printer works fine, but the cooling fans on the side of the extruder don't work. If they're off or at 100% they don't spin, and I don't feel any air being blown onto my print. Is there some code I can input to reset the fans, or do I need a new extruder?

I have a Biqu B1, and the motherboard is an SKR 2.0.
