Octopus V1.1 part cooling fan won't start

Running Marlin 2.0.9.3 with BTT TFT35 E3 V3.0 display

The hot end fan (PE5) woks fine - on/off when hot end >50C.  Control fan (PD12) works fine - turns on with axis motion.  The parts cooling fan (PA8) does not come on when printing a part.  I can control it manually (Fan #1) via the display so the fan works.  Can someone point me to what to check to enable automatic operation of the fan?  Yes, it is "on" in the slicer software (Cura).

Hi,

The controllable fan cannot be turned on automatically, you need to control the wind speed on the screen. Although the cura software shows that it is turned on, the wind speed is 0, and the wind speed needs to be adjusted.
