Manta E3EZ CB1 - No ethernet connection

Hello dear printing community,

by today i started the exchange from my SKR1.4Turbo to the new E3EZ Board (For CAN and other features). It went all well in physical terms, all modules and plugs fit nicely, also the automatic shutdown relay already works again (great).

 

But, when it comes to installing the CB1 (in terms of software) i do get interrupted  at the step to login via SSH to the CB1/Manta Board. No matter what i do, the ethernet connection (do not use wifi, lost the fiddly antenna) doesnt work. No lights show up at the port, i can´t see it connected to the router.. I tried different cables, Routers, re-flashed the image with raspbi imager and also balena etcher, doesnt work.

Anyone else having similar issues - no working ethernet port? Or any Idea how to fix?
