I recently installed a skr mini e3 v3 in my ender 3. I compiled the firmware for it, and it runs great but for some reason the part cooling fan is constantly on, and I can't turn it off. I can increase the speed slightly by turning the fan to full on the screen.

It took 3 months for a reply to this problem, and you only ever have the same reply. It seems that I have chosen a very bad company to purchase products from. If anyone reads these posts, find a different company because this one will just tell you to fill out a ticket. Then it seems that they just let you sit for months until you purchase a product from a different company anyway.
