Cb1 failure

Hello, hope someone can shed some light on this. I have the CB1 hooked up to a m8p went through all the setup with no trouble. Started downloading the latest updates. Reset the system then couldn't log back in via web browser. After trying different ways of logging back in I had to give up format my SD cards and tried to install a new image. But unfortunately my issue is this. I can scan and find the IP address of the cb1 but cannot get putty to log in. Just keeps timing out.

Could you please check whether the Ethernet works, and try to refresh this mirror: CB1_Debian11_bullseye_Klipper_kernel5.16_20221110.img.xz
