Manta MP4 and CB1 wifi web page connection issues

So I have been having issues connecting to my MP4/CB1 . I just got a new CB1 and it connects to my network and I type in the ip address and it refuses to connect.  Wondering if it is a wireless issue and not the boards problem. I am using a range extender to get internet in the area the printer will be used. Is there a port that needs to be accessed in order for me to get connected ? Anyone else having this issue?
