SKR MINI E3 V3 installation issues

New to 3d printing, I am trying to install a BTT SKR mini e3 v3 but so far no luck. 
The printer is a CR20 Pro 
When I attempt to turn it on the power led flashes red onice and then lights off, meanwhile the psu Green light turns and stays on.
The voltage selection switch is set correctly and everything was working before. 
In the pictures you can see the wiring as well as the leds
Note that I have not plugged in any fans because I am just testing it out to see if it turns on. 
Any help is really appreciated!

kind of the same response to what I asked. Do you have a ticket? DO They have a brain or is it just a computer responding.

SKR mini e3 v3 board and touch screen swap. I didnt get any help either
