BTT Mini UPS 24V V1.0

good day .

i have purchased the BTT Mini UPS 24V V1.0,
for a Ender 3v2 printer , followed the connection instructions as per BTT Mini UPS 24V V1.0 wiring documents .

when its connected and i turn on the power, the printer does not fully turn on it lights up for few seconds then turns off 
it constantly does this and does not full power on.

when i remove the BTT Mini UPS 24V V1.0 the printer powers on as per normal then I'm able to connect the BTT Mini UPS 24V V1.0.

 

is there a way to keep the BTT Mini UPS 24V V1.0 connected and the printer power on normally ?

any help would be appreciated
