H2V2 constantly jams

I have been fighting an ongoing issue with the extruder since I got it. I can't print for more than about 5 to 10 mins without getting a jam. I have PID tuned hotend, calibrated esteps, and heat tighened the thoat and nozzle. My retraction settings are .8mm @ 25mm/s. I also thought the smart sensor was possibly giving false possitives but when I turn it off I find it jammed printnig in mid air. Im at a loss as to what else could be causing the problem
