TFT35 E3 V3 How to Use?

I recently installed the TFT35 E3 V3 onto my Ender 3. Many of the functions are simple enough to figure out. But some, I cannot figure out how to use. I cannot find anything online anywhere that gives any type of instructions as to actually use the display. I'm using the full color touch screen option. Where can I find user instructions? Right now, I just want to extrude. I can find all the settings, but nothing to actually tell it to go. Help?

The manual you refer to only shows the information needed to install the TFT35. It does not give a detailed description of each screen and how to use it. Does this exist?
