I just got the CB1 and Haven't been able to get it running. I boot it up and the ACT light just keeps blinking in a regular pattern. I read on the PI forums this means there is a problem with boot up but I don't know what. I tried to latest firmware and the second to last firmware twice. I thought it was low power so I bought a power supply for the PI 4b but that didn't change it.

@jlmurray the blinking light is run from /etc/scripts (/etc/scripts/pwr_status.sh) and is run via /etc/rc.local. Pi leds have significance. This led does not... There have been many problems with CB1 and wifi/ethernet. See BTT github for detailed search for solutions.
