Can't Level my bed on a BX

Have had the BX for a number of months and only printed one Benchy off of it and while scraping it off the Sheet the whole bottom of the benchy was left on the bedsheet.

Also how high is the probe for the Nozzle be set  off the bed. Every Time I try to level the Bed it says probe Failed I cant even get 1 thing going on this printer.
