Wrong leveling positions

Hello today I got my Biqu B1 and built it. At step 21-1 the printer goes not to the place, which is shown on screen (position 1-4). If I move the nozzle due the screen, it does the right movement (x+ goes to right, x- to left, up and down is also correct and the bed moves correctly too). If I go to "Movement" -> "Home" -> "Y" the bed goes back till it makes loud noises because it wants to go further but it can't and then it stops. I couldn't find a solution, so I updated the firmware but this also didn't help.

This is my first printer and I really don't know what to do.

Hi, according to your description, this seems to be a loose cable problem. Please check the limit switch and cable of the Y-axis, it is best to re-insert it.
