SKR Mini E3 V2 has spasms

 This board is on a homemade printer and after printing for more than 3 hours, the X axis suddenly tried to move at an extreme rate and then stalls. The print continues like normal but now the X axis is way off position. Thr Y axis is ok. Only the X has this problem. I have three other SKR mini e3's and this has never happened with them. I have a suspision the board is corrut. I have reflashed Marlin several times and the problem still persists. Any ideas or thoughts are appreciated.
