My Biqu-b1 isn't measuring temperature correctly

hello! I'm starting my career on 3D printing and I got a little problem, my printer is not measuring the temperature correctly, it is constantly at 85 degrees, I have a Biqu-b1

it started when I changed the nozzle and the hotend twisted a little, after I put it back in place it was fixed at 85°C and even if the whole head is disconnected, it is always 85°C and it is not possible to heat it up, because it appears " printer halted, kill called"

Does someone know what's the problem and how to fix it please?
