Pad 7 sd card not removeable

Hi Pad 7 arrived yesterday but I cannot remove the sd card. It will not push in and spring back ( normal) and it won't slide out. Any help appreciated.

Hello， I'm sorry to let you have a bad experience. You can try to loosen the screws on both sides to see if the SD card can be removed.

I have the same issue with the Pad 7 that arrived late last week. Just found time to open and set it up this evening. And now it seems to be stuck!

Is it supposed to pop out when you push it in a little?

Do I need to open the back?

Just received mine and have the same issue. I was able to wrestle it out, but now it is really beat up. Never had an issue with any other card. Ever
