Newbie: Ender 5 Pro, BTT SKR mini E3V3; TFT35 E3; BLT

Prints start well, but after a minutes, there is lots of clicking from the extruder and retracts are very large set to 1mm, probably moving >10.

Soon I find it printing in mid-air without filament coming out the nozzle.

I've tried running higher temps, and replaced several nozzles. Filament spool is free moving. And I don't think there is a clogged nozzle.

Any thoughts?
