Pad 7

Just got the Pad 7. Followed the directions and tried a few other things, but so far nothing. Everything in the pad is updated and adjusted as it was put out in the user manual, but it just gives me an error in mainsail. not sure what i am missing and the only other person who was able to help me is also stumped.

I also received the Pad 7, but I have no display at all. Only slight flicker, and the RGB lights showing at top. Tried to submit support ticket, but cannot get any confirmation through email. I tried flashing firmware and config, but didn't help.

PAD 7, ADXL345 SPI,  / please help:   Invalid adxl345 id (got ff vs e5).

Firmware: make fash 

 ls /dev/spi*  =>  /dev/spidev1.1

sorry i'm new here.  but

what board are you using on the printer?
did you set up the firmware on the board?

Console for Pi

sudo apt install make
cd ~/klipper
make clean
make menuconfig

and config the board for Klipper

for example
