BIQU B1 printer will not turn on.

I recently purchased a BIQU B1 printer and have completed building it; all I have to do is finish the calibration. However, I am unable to turn on the printer. I got it to turn on once after some hassle, but I haven't been able to turn it on since.

I have switched the volt setting, checked my house's supply, checked the cord connection, changed power outlets, flipped power switches, and everything else I could think of.

 

Whenever I go to turn the printer on, the power switch lights up red - as it should - and the printer makes a slight, idle sound, however nothing else happens.

 

What is going wrong and what should I do?
