SKR Mini e3v3.0, TFT35 v3.0

I am having troubles getting my lcd to communicate with my display, the display says "no printer attached" yet i have everything plugged in correctly. Also i have 2 Red Leds on the upper left side of my Skr board(, and one Red led on my tft35 board labeld - (O2)

Please check

"1. Please make sure that serial port 2 is enabled in the marlin firmware, and the baud rate is set to 115200

2. Please confirm that the wiring between the motherboard and the touch screen corresponds to
   Motherboard Touch Screen
    5V<->5V
    GND<->GND
    TX<->RX
    RX<->TX
    RST<->RST

3. Make sure the baud rate of the touch screen is also 115200"

How do you make sure port 2 is enabled in the Marlin firmware?  I am having the same problem

With the V2 you have to make sure you are connecting to EXP3 on the screen, EXP1 on the mBoard, presume it would be same with V3
