I have the BTT SFS.  Since I first installed it, I have been having problems with feeding filament in.  It is rare that the filament will just go right in, other times I basically have to use a pair of pliers to putch the filament thru but most of the time I just unplug it and bypass it.  Is there a tesion adjustment or something to loosen it up so filament will go in easier?

 

Yes, I am using PTFE on the input and the outpput.
