Btt pi2 stuck on boot

My pi2 won't boot. I have the blue led on, the green led blinking and the Orange led in the Lan plug on. But i cannot connect via ssh because It doesn't took any ip address from my router. I use the rktools tools to download the os image (successfully) but nothing happens.
