BTT Microprobe V2 does not retract (stow)

I am using Microprobe V2 for my 3D printer with Marlin firmware. The probe works fine at the first days. However, on one day, the probe does not deploy and retract 3 times as it should be. I command M402 but the probe does not retract. I don't know what happened with it.

I think this has been discussed a few times around here. But, mine gets stuck in the deployed position occasionally due to the angle of the probe and friction against the case where it emerges. I have to apply counter rotational force to slightly bend the probe back. This process takes several iterations of pressing the probe back to its retracted state and deploying it, *trying to retract using Gcode commands*, bending some more... Until it works. 

 

Are you experiencing the error, "Endstop-Z still triggered after retract."?
