z offset wizard not showing in touch mode.

i have a skr mini E3 V2 and TFT35 E3 V3 in my ender 3. i have been attempting to get the z offset wizard to show in the ABL section in the menu. the icon does not appear in the touch side of the control. however when i switch to marlin mode i can toggle down. everything is enabled in the firmware correctly im assuming since i can use the wizard in the marlin mode. 

firmware on board is Marlin Bugfix-2.0.8.2.x
