ok bear with me I have a B1 with a H2 head and I shorted out the cooling fan and damaged that circuit, it was printing fine but with no cooling fan

so I replaced the motherboard with the same version, down loaded the new firmware and redid the step/mm to 932 for the H2

but now it is retracting the filament to the point of ejecting is out of the feed rollers so I only get the first layer down

any ideas
