I'm working through the setup for SB2209/2240 and I've hooked the board up to a raspberry pi. I'm trying to enter DFU mode but it won't go. Is there a trick I'm missing? I actually bought a second board, thinking the first was defective, but nothing changed. 

Any help would be appreciated. This has stalled the rebuild of my Voron2.4.
