MANTA E3EZ+CB1 | Power Light Is On But No Red Activity Lights After 1 Month

Recommended Posts

I ran a SKR Mini v1.2 for about 2 years without any issues. I replaced it with a Manta E3EZ+CB1 in the same Ender 3 Pro rig for about a month with great success. Then mid print it just stopped and the display went all white as though it just rebooted. My first thought was no problem I'll just figure out the layer it was on and slice it. But it never rebooted. So after working with BTT support they were gracious enough to replace the board and I was on my way. Until Monday. After I ran good 165g print the day before I came into the shop and powered on the printer. It booted and I logged into Klipper as usual. I started a screw tilt test and on the second hop it went to a white screen again. Exactly the same. Mid print stop. Same board. I replaced the power supply back when we were trouble shooting the first one. My old SKR Mini works just fine. Now they have asked me to start probing the board for continuity with a multi meter. But they showed me a picture of an SKR Mini. So I don't know if there is a language barrier or something. I don't know how to use a multi meter yet and I don't know if I should be probing in places where I don't belong.

There is no activity on the red lights. There is only on green light and white display. I've attached few photos in hopes it will help.

Have I overlooked some crucial step? My power selector is on 110 for US. The board has otherwise been running properly in every way.
