SKR Mini E3 V3.0 hangs.

I power it on and it just hangs at the version screen. Is it dead?

Thanks for the response. First time I tried to flash the firmware the sd card I was using was blank, thought there was a bin file on it. Was able to flash the firmware and now so far it's working.
