I need help with my new bigtreetech skr mini e3 v3.0

I just purchase the bigtreetech skr mini e3 v3.0 for my ender 3 pro and I can't get it to stop stringing no matter how much I change the settings on the slicer from cura and I also try updating the software but I don't think I'm doing it right do you guys have any suggestions  will be very much appreciated

I am thinking that a PID test might help you solve this issue.

What Firmware do you are using? Try with the Version 2.0 Marlin

The one that it had already I never did no firmware  to it

Ok thank I'll give it a try tonight never heard of PID test so I will have to look it up and I'll let you know if it work thank you again
