SKR Mini E3 V3.0 Endstops not registering with Klipper

Hi all, I just got a Mini E3 V3 and setting it up for the x and y steppers. I'm trying to get the endstops to register with Klipper. No matter how I set the pins in the config they always say triggered. I've tried with ^PC0 and 1 for pullups and not. The only way they change is with the ^!PC0 but still won't change with the switch. The sensorless jumpers are not installed on the pins. Is there something with the mini I'm not seeing? I'm using the query_endstops command. The board is connected and comunicating with the ras pi4.

Well after playing all day and finally asking for help, I found my stupidity.  The one wire I used had two layers of insulation and was so small I didn't notice it when putting on the pins for the control board. Duh! Thanks anyway
