EBB36/42 Endstop Plug Type

What is the plug type for the endstop connector on the EBB board?  They are not the 2.54mm pitch like the other connectors.  Seems like 2.00mm pitch.  I have had no luck getting wire crimped for the included plug so would like to see if I can find a pre-made plug to use instead.

The Endstop Connector on the EBB36 is a "JST-PH" Connector, as is the P100-PT1000 Connector on the lower right side of the board. These are as you say, 2mm pitch. You can get kits that come with pre-terminated leads and usually come with male and female plug housings for quick prototyping etc.
