EBB36/42 Endstop Plug Type

The Endstop Connector on the EBB36 is a "JST-PH" Connector, as is the P100-PT1000 Connector on the lower right side of the board. These are as you say, 2mm pitch. You can get kits that come with pre-terminated leads and usually come with male and female plug housings for quick prototyping etc.
