BTT 5.0 V1.0 DSI display calibration ?

I have a BIGTREETECH BTT PITFT50 V1.0 Touch Screen 5 Inch LCD Display and I cannot get it to work.   The calibration is off.   I had it working with OctoDash, but then I had to reinstall the software and now the calibration is not working so I can not complete the OctoDash setup wizard.   Does anyone know how to calibrate this screen?

I am not having trouble with the screen itself.   It is the Octodash software that I am having an issue with.  Specifically, when it starts up for the first time it does not show a calibration screen.   There should be a way to force it into a calibration mode.  Luckily I have a backup image that I was able to put on an SD card that is working, but when I setup Octodash from scratch I can't get it to enter the calibration screen for the touch screen.
