尝试设置 B1_SE_Plus

I've just purchased a B1_SE_Plus and I'm trying to set it up.  The manual is printed extremely small, and I can't make out the printer configuration settings.  I am using the recommended Ultimaker Cura, but when I go to select printer the options are B1, B1 ABL, and BX.  None of these is the B1 SE Plus.  Looking at the settings themselves, I can see that they are different between the manual and what selecting the B1 printer in the above selection process gives.  But I can't make out what the correct settings are due to incredibly tiny print. 

 

Can anyone help with configuring the printer for the B1 SE Plus?
