Hello - I recently started having some print head drive issues on my Ender 3 Pro. I purchased and installed the SKR mini E3 V1.2 back in 2020 and it's been working fine running Marlin 2.0.6 so I'm wondering if I should upgrade Marlin. But I don't know if there are limitations to which version of Marlin this card can run? I'm hoping being able to upgrade my Marlin to latest version will correct the X Axis issue (runs off the bed) but in my online research I thought I read there were limitations? Thank you. Gilberto

Good evening, I own BTT SKR Pro 1.2 board wired to the Xinkebot Orca 3 IDEX 3D printer. As the machine had a ton of flaws, I heavily modded it, and one of upgrades were replacing stock crap extruders with BIQU H20 extruder, along with switching stepper drivers from 2209 to BTT TMC 5160 Pro. Machine is working fine, beside one annoying detail. When the steppers are disabled, termistor readings for extruder 1 and 2 are rock solid, no matter hotends are cool or heated to set temperatures. They naturally, slowly oscillate +-1 degree. But its enough to enable the steppes, no matter X, Y, Z or Extruders, and temperatures start to wander up and down +-10 degrees. …

Where can I find information on the status lights on my Octopus Pro? I would like to know which lights monitor which components and what the different colors indicate. I have several lights that are green and two that are red and my board appears to be malfunctioning. I may have damaged it and need to understand if I can choose different hookups, change my settings, or replace the board. Thank you. Kim

My brand new SE Plus was delivered with 2.6.0 firmware. I cloned github.com/bigtreetech/BIQU-B1-SE-PLUS/, and upgraded with the BTT firmware only to find out it downgraded to 2.5.0. If found this had been posted 10 months ago. I done the exact same thing today, thinking I was updating my firmware. This really pisses me off. What kind of company are they?

I need help on solving a printer issue and hope someone here can help. I am running a Bigtreetech SKR V1.4 turbo control board with Marlin and just added the Bigtreetech S42C closed loop stepper motors. It's supposed to be a plug and play. I must be missing something because the display screen keeps saying TMC connection error. The instructions are very vague and I am sure I must be missing firmware or something. I just can't seem to find any answers. Any help is appreciated.

My brand new out of the box B1 has an issue with the X axis making a very loud noise when it moves, which it doesn't always move when I tell it to. When it does move eventually after a few seconds the printer gives a printer failure error message on the touch screen: "Printer halted. kill() called!" I have swapped the Z and X axis stepper motors only for testing and the same thing happens while the Z axis runs fine with the X axis motor. I have also gone through each of the wire connections are properly secured in their respective connectors on the motherboard and the stepper motors. I have also swapped the stepper motor driver chips between X and Y and …

Hi all, first of all I'm new to Klipper, I "customized" my Biqu B1SE Plus with an SKR3 and TMCs 2209 that i have to use in UART mode. I compiled the firmware, set up the Raspberry, set up the Can-Bus cause I have an Hermit Crab CAN and an H2V2S Revo, it's all working but I can't make the motors move, I have the right pins, right jumpers, the right config but I keep having the error : Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_x' register IFCNT for all the steppers except the extruder that is moved by the TMC2209 embedded in the hermit crab, do I have to solder something on the drivers? They're version 1.3 and if I search on Biqu site there are some instructions, but for 1.2 drivers…

Hello, my son just set up his BIQU-B1. He is trying to calibrate the printer and the center “leveling”(?) is way off center. The platform seems to be level but the center option shows it to the left at about 25% instead of 50%

Good morning, I bought an octopus v1.1 mainboard, I configure the marlin normally but the motor connected to input E0 does not work, the status of the motor and the cable are fine, I checked it by connecting to other inputs on the card but the extruder does not work, I have looked for different sources and no solution works, when connecting the motor it does not rotate, but it does not vibrate either, the current connection of the extruder is in motor 4. Could you help me?

Hi community, this is my first post. I have some strange problems to configure my BTT Octopus v1.1(F407). I downloaded Marlin 2.1.2 and use platformio to compile. only do the very basic steps for gettings things to run. My first answer is (hopefully) very easy, i want to identify my hardware to set the basic settings for marlin and there are some strange differences. on /Marlin/src/boards.h there are 3 entries #define BOARD_BTT_OCTOPUS_V1_0 4214 // BigTreeTech Octopus v1.0 (STM32F446ZE) #define BOARD_BTT_OCTOPUS_V1_1 4215 // BigTreeTech Octopus v1.1 (STM32F446ZE) #define BOARD_BTT_OCTOPUS_PRO_V1_0 4216 // BigTreeT…

Printer: Ender-3 V2 with BLTouch Motherboard: BTT SKR MINI E3 V3.0 Printer was working with SKR MINI E3 V2 until the board died. I replaced it with the V3, built Marlin firmware and now it wont heat bed past 52C. Hotend heats fine up to 205C Using Repetier-Server, I send a print with a bed temp set to 60C but, once the bed temp hits 50C it takes about a minute to reach 52C. Soon after there is a set of rapid beeps followed by a sustained beep until I power hit. This gcode has printed successfully on the V2 board before the V2 died. Configuration_adv.h Configuration.h

Everything boots fine i can access it from the web. Just not with the pitft50 plugged in.

I bought a Bigtreetech H2 revo 2s that I would like to mount on a Bigtreetech SKR mininE3V2 motherboard, but, no manual is provided to know how to put the cables and in which direction, I find this very unfortunate considering the price of the extruder. Yes, can I find a documentation on how to connect the Bigtreetech H2 revo 2s on SKR mini E3 V2 motherboard?

As the title says, the part cooling fan will not spin. Marlin 2.1.2, pins are set correctly, wire polarity correct, vanilla ender 3, fan was working fine prior to board install.
